A Cut Above the Rest Detailing is not to be held accountable for any of the following while detailing, or after detailing the vehicle;
• Moldings, mirrors, trim, antennas, plastics, interior pieces, etc, that may loosen or be damaged as a result from normal detailing, or lost or damaged items left in your vehicle. All items are set aside from the vehicle when it is received, and placed back inside upon pickup.
• Mechanical or electrical failures including but not limited to factory and non-factory parts, accessories, and other components.
• Miscellaneous dents, scratches, swirl marks, oxidation, attributed to your vehicle.
• Windshield cracks or chips that exist, or may spread when an existing damage is present.
• Nor for any other unforeseen situation in which I have not undoubtedly been negligent.
While these occurrences are extraordinarily rare, it is to be understood that not all vehicles are built to the same standard, and that paints, finishes, and quality of materials vary widely from vehicle to vehicle. While I do my absolute best to bring your car to perfection with each detail, the client must reasonably remain within a limit of expectations with this service.
